do we offer ?
Our
website was founded in 2000 to serve the needs
of worldwide travelers visiting Paris throughout
the year, and having trouble finding an affordable
accommodation.
We
offer apartments in various convenient locations
in Paris with all you need to cook and prepare snacks
and a close-by subway station to move around the
city.
You will save money on lodging, and above
all on breakfast, lunch and dinner -
not to mention all the services
hotels charge you for (laundry, internet, phone...).
Who
are we ?
We
are not a company. We are a group
of apartment owners in Paris doing their best
to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable
as possible.
It all started with a single apartment, and now
the list has grown up to 40 apartments.
Each of the vacation rental properties on the
Phileas Fogg website is individually owned.
How
do we work ?
All
the apartments listed on these pages have been
carefully selected. You will find all the informations
needed to make your choice. No surprises: you
have a full page with pictures, floor plans and
a full description to help you. We want satisfied,
regular guests, to keep things as friendly
as possible.
To make your choice with even greater confidence,
you can read the Guest Book on each page, and
even get in touch with a previous customer (upon
request).
How
to proceed ?
You
like an apartment and you would like to book it:
please email the owner directly using the EMAIL
THE OWNER link on the page. Feel free
to ask any questions you might have,
then follow the owner's instructions to fill out
the contracts and pay the booking deposit. From
then on, your main contact will be the owner,
who will organize your arrival and meet you in
Paris.
Though we maintain the network website on behalf
of rental apartment owners, the final financial
contract is made between the owner and the renter.
